Policies

Reservations
A 50% deposit may be due to confirm reservation unless an event industry credit line has been approved. No credit will be given for unused rentals. Orders must be paid in full 24 hours prior to pick up or delivery (unless credit has been approved). All reservations require a credit card release form on file.
Delivery
Standard delivery fee is $70.00 and goes up according to delivery zone. Standard delivery hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Deliveries will be dropped off and picked up in the same convenient delivery location. An extra charge will apply for long carries and elevators. Set up and take down are also available for an extra fee. Please call for a quote.
Sales Tax
California Sales Tax will be added to rentals where required by law unless a valid Resale Certificate is provided. Contact your local Franchise Tax Board office for more information.
Damage and Loss
Please count your order upon delivery. Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of return. Secure equipment from theft when not in use and protect from weather. Missing equipment, broken equipment, burned, stained and ripped linen will be charged at replacement cost.
Miscellaneous
Chairs must be stacked on dollies provided. Do not put linens in plastic bags, mold may occur. Use supplied linen bags. Scrape all plates and silverware of food. Dump all liquid from glassware. Prices are subject to change without notice.
